Gift cards are always a great thing to get as a gift, but if it is not received instantly it is not efficient.

I would have thought a gift card would be immediate, but still haven’t received mine and it was a Christmas gift. Really not a nice thing as I had to literally add an ‘I Owe You’ note to my gift

Such a great option to have. I do wish it were instantaneous, as I had to follow up in order to receive the voucher.

Ordered the gift card as a gift and have still not received it despite receiving an email that it was confirmed. Communication lines aren’t great and no acknowledgement to my query email either. I ordered this as a gift and have just been left to wonder.
You pay for a product or service, you expect to receive it.

Maybe by seeing this it will be resolved soon as I’m extremely disappointed. It was a gift for today.

I purchased a gift card for a friend on the 31st of May and I have still not received it, despite a receiving an email that the transaction was successful and I would get my gift card via email. Please assist as I would really love to gift my friend.

I purchased my gift card two days ago and still have not received it. I have emailed for assistance as well but have not been helped. Very dissappointed that I could not give it to my friend as a gift and missed her birthday.
