I paid for my product on June 28th, have mailed daily since than as I received no confirmation, no tracking info - 1 mail to check on my email address and then nothing. Almost 14 mails and 4 attempts by instagram and totally ignored but you have my money. Loyal customer for years treated like rubbish. I feel scammed and utterly disrespected! so much for the swiitch family. I assume lazy girlies means you are too lazy to care about your customers. I have sent proof of payment repeatedly,
