Disappointed

I have read amazing reviews about this product and initially was very impressed - very black and beautiful sharp brush tip. However, the product dries up quickly. After one or two uses the product barely comes out the pen and if I do have success on one eye, it will have dried up too much to do the second eye and I have to resort to another product.

Packaging not great

I barely used this product before the lid popped off while in my makeup bag and dried up. So I can’t speak much about the product itself, but the packaging was a huge let down. Not sure I will risk buying it again as I didn’t get any use out of it. I really hope the packaging on this improves as I would really like to try it. There are other great products at Swiitch that I will continue to use, though.

Lovely, non messy product. Very easy to use for those not skilled. Did unfortunately dry out .

Unreliable?

Was obsessed with the tip of this brush & the easy, fine application at first use, but unfortunately it hasn’t been as smooth to use afterward. It dries up quite fast and while in use, and I’ve had to continue doing my makeup with another eyeliner instead. I had high hopes and I’m a little crushed! Swiitch, do better 🤍
