Insane Packaging

The formula is AMA.ZING. But damn, the packaging is horrendous. I see that my sentiments are being mirrored by quite a few others- the lid cracks very* easily and pen dries up much too fast.

not wasting money on this again

This eyeliner has been my favorite for a long time now, but i am going to have to stop buying it.

Every time i get one of these, the lid cracks, the eyeliner starts to leak out from below the brush
and the eyeliner then goes dry within a few days
and i have to buy a new one.
I've been through more than 10 of these eyeliners but this problem continues every single time, and i am now looking to move on to a different eyeliner.

What bothers me is that swiitch products which were perfectly fine are being discontinued, and others introduced,
but no one is bothering to improve the quality of what could otherwise be a great eyeliner.

Continuous leaking tip & easily cracked cap

This is my 5th liner, I love the crispness of it, but the durability of the product itself is HORRENDOUS, i literally just got my backup one knowing this product keeps leaking a butt load of ink while in use and drying up and also the lids are so weak & always crack making it easier for the product to dry up, and now my last one is dried up!!!

I’ve been complaining for years about this but it never seems to be fixed or maintained! PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR LINER CAP AND FIX THE LEAKING TIP

Best eyeliner - worst packaging

I love this liner so much but the cap keeps on cracking which means it dries out and feels like a waste of money.
