#JetLiner - jet black eyeliner pen with a brush tip

I love the product itself; the liner is easy to use and pigmented with a nice fine sharp tip. However, the lid was constantly popping off and eventually cracked after a few times of trying to get it to stay on. I would always find it in my bags with the lid popped off, leaving lots of black marks on the inside of my bag, leaving it to completely dry (multiple times). Each time I would run it under the water to get it going again, but still the lid would keep popping off. I eventually just threw it out after so much frustration. Please find a fixer for this

This is definitely an eyeliner that I rely on and love. I use it practically every day- it's application is amazing and the eyeliner itself for me is smudgeproof. However the packaging is letting it down. It's the fourth time that the lids have cracked and as a result it pops off every time, leaving my pen to dry out after a few uses. It's highly disappointing as I thought it was perhaps my fault the first few times, but now I can confirm that it's the packaging- look at the crack, it's the same on both pens. Please reconsider your packaging.

One of the best products. So easy to use & a precise Liquid eyeliner

I haven't used it much yet, however, it seems that the product smudges easily no matter what I do to prevent it, I don't know if maybe it is just the one I've received, or if it is what happens with this liner in general. But I'll probably re-purchase once I've finished this one and try it out again. I am happy with the packaging though!

The intensity and pigment is amazing! So easy to use and i absolutely love the applicator tip!
