I love this liner so much but the cap keeps on cracking which means it dries out and feels like a waste of money.
I love this eyeliner stick - but the cap keeps cracking and it dries out. but I noted that I am not the only one complaining about the cap... so all I ask is that the packaging gets revamped and changed... keep up the great work gal... love your products

I adore this eyeliner with every part of my being, it's the only one I use and get compliments daily on it, especially since I can get the lines microscopically thin....
However, everytime I get this liner after a while the cap gets a slight crack leading it to not close properly and then it dries out, I even resorted to storing it in the packaging it came in but still it cracks, if the lid could be made with thicker plastic and make it more secure so it won't accidentally open, that would be a dream come true💞
Switch beauty eyeliner is the best and most affordable eyeliner on the market currently. It glides with perfection and ease, last for hours. The only issue I have experienced is that the cap pops off all the time and my liner dries out. I'm on my 3rd stick. Pls pls pls relook at the design. Thank you. 100%switchbeauty gal.
