Best eyeliner - Worst packaging

I can’t go without the eyeliner but I can guarantee that every single lid will crack.

Eye liner Packaging

I've bought the switch beauty eyeliner twice before. I absolutely loved the way it worked but unfortunately it dried up within a week or two after purchasing due to the lid cracking. The same thing happened with my sister's eyeliner. I was hoping to purchase one now but I was disappointed to see the packaging is still the same so will not be purchasing. I will consider purchasing again when the packaging is improved.

Do something about your packaging!

Absolutely love this product but how many people have to complain before something gets done about your cracked caps??? I've seen bad reviews for a very long time about the bad packaging but nothing was done. Listen to your customers and do better.

Insane Packaging

The formula is AMA.ZING. But damn, the packaging is horrendous. I see that my sentiments are being mirrored by quite a few others- the lid cracks very* easily and pen dries up much too fast.

not wasting money on this again

This eyeliner has been my favorite for a long time now, but i am going to have to stop buying it.

Every time i get one of these, the lid cracks, the eyeliner starts to leak out from below the brush
and the eyeliner then goes dry within a few days
and i have to buy a new one.
I've been through more than 10 of these eyeliners but this problem continues every single time, and i am now looking to move on to a different eyeliner.

What bothers me is that swiitch products which were perfectly fine are being discontinued, and others introduced,
but no one is bothering to improve the quality of what could otherwise be a great eyeliner.
