Ordering your products from SwiitchBeauty is pretty simple ( the website is pretty, and the process is simple ) Just add the products you would like to your cart, hit checkout, tell us where to ship to by entering your shipping details, then make a payment using your credit card or by performing an EFT. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?
Hell no. Ain't nobody got time for hefty shipping fees. We offer free shipping all around South Africa if your order is a R100 or more, except Mpumalanga, Ladysmith, Newcastle, Mahikeng, Langebaan, Dundee & Grahamstown. If you live in these areas, shipping is charged to you at R120.

We have different delivery options available
1. FREE SHIPPING ON PURCHASES EXCEEDING R100 - 7-14 WORKING DAYS
2. EXPRESS SHIPPING @ R25 - 5-7 WORKING DAYS
3. GREY AREA SHIPPING @R120
Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping during sale periods. A fee of R59 will be incurred if you shop products that are on sale.
WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
You can expect your order to arrive in a red convertible or with our trusty courier services.
Once you receive a love letter (confirmation of your order) from us - our team works on getting your order packaged, shipped & delivered ASAP!
You are constantly updated on the status of your order via email & are sent a tracking number ( which can be used on fastway.co.za) as soon as your delivery leaves us. Our courier company does not deliver over weekends. Working days are from Monday - Friday.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O BOX ADDRESSES?
No, its delivered to your door. Plus we don't judge, so even if you walk out looking like a hot mess after eating fast food & binge watching series for 3 days straight, we're still going to <3 you. Make sure to supply us with your home / work daytime delivery address when checking out.
DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT?
No! You do not, while we do accept payments via credit card, we also accept Instant EFT payments from most major banks in South Africa.
( we do not accept payments from Capitec. If you bank with Capitec & would like to shop with us please email firstname.lastname@example.org)

In the unlikely event that your delivery does not arrive within the estimated time frame of 5-7 working days, please pop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up on it for you. Please bear in mind that we tend to receive excess orders during sales & so if your order was placed during a sale period, we truly appreciate your patience with us.
