how do I shop?

ordering your products from swiitchbeauty® is pretty simple (the website is pretty, and the process is simple!)
just add the products you would like to your cart, hit checkout, tell us where to ship to by entering your shipping details, then make a payment using your credit card or by performing an EFT 
 

how long does it take to get delivered?

you can expect your order to arrive in a red convertible or with our trusty courier services within 3-5 working days from placing your order.
once you receive a confirmation of your order from us - we work on getting your order packaged, shipped & delivered. 
you are constantly updated on the status of your order via email/SMS & are sent a tracking number (which can be used on www.courierit.co.za) as soon as your package leaves us. we are a startup, and work out of a small logistics warehouse. if you shop swiitchbeauty® during a sale / promotional period / product launch, please be prepared for your delivery to take a little longer than expected.

do you deliver to my P.O.Box?

no, your order is delivered to your door.
plus, we don't judge, so even if you walk out looking like a hot mess after eating copious amounts of fast food & binge watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S for 3 days straight, its all good.
make sure to supply us with your full home/work daytime delivery address when placing your order to avoid any delays.

do I need a credit card to purchase?

no, you do not - while we do accept payments via credit card, we also accept instant EFT payments from most major banks in south africa.
place your order as usual & choose the "instant EFT" option when you're checking out
 

help! it's been over 5 working days & I've not received my order?

in the unlikely event that your delivery does not arrive within the estimated time frame of 5 working days, please pop us an email on info@swiitchbeauty.com or WhatsApp us on 078 546 0102 with your order number, so we can follow up on it for you
Our customer service team is available from Monday through to Friday 9AM-5PM
 

do you test on animals?

not at all! none of our products / raw materials are tested on animals at any stage of the production process 

I'm having trouble tracking my order

sorry about that! in a few cases, our logistics partner takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@swiitchbeauty.com - our swiitchteam is always ready to assist 

my order has an missing/incorrect/defective item

firstly, we're absolutely sorry for this! may we please ask that you send us an email on info@swiitchbeauty.com with your order number and all relevant shade details so that a refund/replacement can be arranged for you accordingly :)
