The product itself is great, I love the lip tint however the lid of the product broke within a few days of purchase. Very disappointed in the quality of the packaging.
Love the product however, After three days of using somehow the lid broke and I could no longer carry it with me in my bag.
I bought three of these and I absolutely love Jam but the lids are terrible. All three of them broke. One of the stoppers inside the lid even broke off inside my applicator and I had to take off the applicator just so that I could use the product. I'm too afraid to carry it in my bag in fear that it'll mess everywhere. It's really disappointing that I can't use it all the time just because of the lids.
I bought 3 of the new lip glosses for my girlfriend, all of them have something wrong with them, if it’s not the lids breaking, the inside of the lid is breaking off on the inside of the tube, or it’s leaking all over.
Product is beautiful. My lips feel soft and moist the entire day and the stain the jam leaves on your lips is perfect. Only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the packaging is horrible. Lid cracked within a week of opening it and the part of the lid that stops it from leaking broke of and went into the Product which blocked the opening
