sharpener isn't effective

pls note that I love ALL swiitch items I've used thus far but when you sharpen this lip liner it starts smudging all over and breaks in pieces. not sure what to do :(

I love love love the colour and the creamy formula of it but it's completely ruined once you sharpen it.

I sharpened it and it got ruined as it is very difficult to sharpen 🥲I wish it wasn’t as difficult to sharpen

Creamiest Lip Liner

I absolutely love how smooth this lip liner applies. I got the shade "bedside" and it goes so well with my skin tone. I will definitely be using it every day! The only downside was the fact that I was afraid I wouldn't be able to sharpen it and had to research what I can do. However, I was able to sharpen it ladies! I used the Swiitch sharpener and sharpened my liner gently. The wood part of the liner was then visible. I think the Swiitch girlies need to be made aware of this ASAP.

Great beside packaging

The colour is really stunning (I use masala Chai), but I find it really difficult to sharpen as the pen is made of plastic for some reason? So now the tip is all gross and messy from attempting to sharpen it, I recommend that switch makes the pen out of wood instead of plastic.
